    What: site visit to document the existing followed by an initial round of schematic design to capture the big ideas in a digital model.

  • Who: for new construction when you need to know all variables pertaining to a specific project or property before pursuing design.

    What: a written and/or graphic report of critical and relevant constraints, codes, zoning, etc.

Jillian is a founding member of Family Housing Coalition in Wilson County, TN. By pairing the ideas of Felt Safety and Trauma Informed Design, she is dedicated to designing spaces and sharing practical strategies to see all people dwelling well in safety and community. So, collaborations and conversations with non-profits and affordable developers are always welcome.
